You may submit this information here, it will transmit securely to us using this form. Your bank statement MUST show you have $17,000 available unless you will use a financial sponsor. In addition, if you intend to bring any dependents (husband/wife and/or children), you will need an extra $5,000 for each dependent who will be coming with you. The cost of the application is $150.00. After submitting this application, you will be provided a unique six (6) digit ID. This ID should be used in the Invoice/Student ID field on our payments website to associate your application with the payment. Your application will not be processed without payment. All applications expire after 120 days. The application fee not refundable. Please see our terms of service for more information.
